On March 28, 2025, Liang Dabing, Chairman of Chongqing Ruisilife Tire Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ruislife"), was invited to attend the "2025 Enterprise Overseas High-quality Development Conference and the 15th "China Overseas Investment and Cooperation Fair" Promotion Conference". More than 800 representatives from national ministries and commissions, local governments, industry associations, financial institutions and leading enterprises gathered in Chongqing to explore new opportunities for Chinese enterprises to go overseas and draw a new blueprint for global cooperation.

The conference was themed "China's New Economic Journey, Enterprises Going Overseas to Create the Future". It was co-organized by the China Overseas Development Association, the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Management Committee, the Chongqing Federation of Industry and Commerce, and the Chongqing Yuzhong District People's Government. It aims to build an international cooperation platform and promote the high-quality "going out" of Chinese enterprises. As a benchmark enterprise in the motorcycle tire industry, Ruisilife's participation demonstrates its positive attitude in the globalization strategy and its leading position in the industry.

In the keynote speech and roundtable forum of the conference, Chairman Liang Dabing shared Ruisilife's innovative practices and strategic thinking in the internationalization process around the topic of "High-quality Development of Enterprises Going Overseas". He pointed out that in the face of global market competition, Ruisilife has always adhered to the development concept of "quality as the foundation and innovation as the wing". Through multi-dimensional layout such as technology research and development, standard docking, and localized services, it has successfully promoted its products to emerging markets such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, and continued to deepen the win-win ecology with global partners.

Liang Dabing emphasized: "Enterprises going overseas are not only the expansion of products and markets, but also the deep integration of technology, brand and culture. Ruisilife will take this conference as an opportunity to further integrate international resources, enhance global operation capabilities, and contribute more practical samples for China's smart manufacturing to "go global."

During the conference, a number of major cooperation results were achieved. The China Overseas Development Association and the People's Government of Yuzhong District, Chongqing signed a strategic framework agreement and announced that they would jointly build a cross-border service ecosystem for enterprises; at the same time, the association reached cooperation with the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kedah State Government of Malaysia to promote the implementation of projects such as overseas industrial products cities and auto parts manufacturing centers. Chairman Liang Dabing said that Ruisilife will actively respond to policy calls, rely on Chongqing's location advantages and the conference resource platform, explore new models of cross-border production capacity cooperation, and accelerate integration into the global industrial chain division of labor.

In addition, the 15th "China Overseas Investment and Cooperation Fair" promotion meeting was launched simultaneously, announcing that a Chongqing special session will be set up in 2025, focusing on three major areas: intelligent networked new energy vehicles, high-end equipment manufacturing, and green energy. As a representative enterprise in Chongqing's high-end manufacturing field, Ruisilife will participate in the special event in depth, and seek new opportunities for technical cooperation and market expansion through the form of "project roadshow + country docking".

In recent years, Ruisilife has successively obtained China's National Compulsory Product Certification (CCC), ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification, EU CE Certification and other international authoritative qualifications with technological innovation and quality upgrades, and its products have been exported to more than 30 countries and regions. Liang Dabing revealed that the company is accelerating the layout of overseas R&D centers and production bases, and plans to achieve full coverage of localized production in key markets such as Southeast Asia and Africa in the next three years, and further improve the global supply chain response efficiency.
